Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation law.
  • Membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and non-attorneys.
  • Proficiency in legal writing and drafting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a caseload efficiently.
