Job description:

- Lead deal engagement, negotiation, and closing of real estate sites
- Manage entitlement process and jurisdictional engagement for transactions
- Work cross-functionally to develop project schedule and budget
- Partner with local jurisdictions and attend meetings and hearings
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to inform regional real estate development strategy
- Build and lead teams to support acquisition, entitlements, and delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AWS's real estate development practices
- Communicate project entitlement status across teams and management levels
- Some travel required

Responsibilities:

- Prioritize activities to support data center capacity availability and safety
- Work with different teams responsible for data centers
- Develop site plans that align with market conditions and investment assumptions
- Participate in local and global projects
