The candidate will join the start-up, emerging company and venture capital team. Must have corporate counseling experience working with start-up and young technology or life sciences companies. Must have experience handling venture capital and other private financing matters. M&A experience preferred. Experience with licensing, distribution and other commercial agreements preferred.
