If you are an attorney with a background in federal and state air pollution, water quality, wastewater, stormwater management, wetlands, solid and hazardous waste, Superfund, petroleum, and chemical storage program matters, your expertise is highly valued.
As an Environmental Associate Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in addressing a mix of federal and state environmental matters, ensuring compliance with complex regulations. Your responsibilities will encompass an array of tasks, including legal research, drafting legal documents, providing counsel to clients, and representing their interests. Your strong analytical, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills will be pivotal in delivering top-notch legal advice.
The ideal candidate for this position should have 1-6 years of experience in environmental regulatory matters.
