Job Overview: A law firm is currently seeking a Mid-Level Patent Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of prosecution experience. Duties:

  • Conduct patent analysis and provide opinions of counsel.
  • Manage and prosecute patent applications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of prosecution experience at a law firm or in-house.

  • Involvement in patent analysis/opinions of counsel and IPRs is a plus.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the USPTO is a plus.
