- Ensure clear expression of written and oral ideas with proper grammar, formatting, and professionalism.
- Familiarity with the courts of Northern Virginia.
- Comfortable working remotely and familiar with hybrid work environment technologies.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information.
- Exercise common sense and good judgment in legal matters.
Requirements:
- Virginia law license required, DC and/or Maryland license a bonus.
- 1-5 years of family law experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Education and Certifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
