Duties:

• Manage and execute various aspects of finance transactions, including due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing procedures.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients to strategize and implement transactional objectives.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on various corporate and finance matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legal standards throughout the transaction process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; JD from an accredited law school.
• An active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• 4-7 years of relevant corporate finance experience, focusing on sponsor-backed leveraged finance.
• Proven track record of managing complex finance transactions independently.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, securities regulations, and contract law.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
