Job Overview:

The Employment Single Action Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to represent clients in workplace retaliation, harassment, unpaid wages, leaves of absence, and wrongful termination cases. They will draft legal documents, develop strategies, conduct depositions, mediate disputes, and represent clients in employment matters.

 

Duties:

  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

  • Manage time effectively and maintain exceptional organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • 2+ years of experience specializing in employment litigation.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
