The ideal candidate will contribute to the firm's success by providing expert legal counsel in matters related to executive compensation, employment, and benefits.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on executive compensation, employment, and benefits issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including employment agreements, executive compensation plans, and benefit policies.
  • Provide legal advice on tax implications of compensation and benefits structures.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in negotiating and structuring executive compensation packages.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in benefits and compensation, preferably in a law firm.
  • Knowledge of tax laws related to executive compensation and benefits.
  • Admitted to the State Bar and in good standing.

 

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of executive compensation, employment, and benefits law.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
