- Provide federal tax compliance and consulting services

What You'll Do:
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships on various federal tax consulting/compliance engagements
- Advise clients on tax compliance, business restructuring, exemption strategies, philanthropic and charitable giving planning, and tax controversy
- Oversee federal tax compliance and consulting projects for a variety of entities and their affiliates

The Team:
- Large national team of dedicated experienced professionals
- Comprised of PPMDS and specialists in multi-state tax compliance, international tax compliance, and transfer tax planning
- Teams with Consulting, Audit & Assurance, and Advisory colleagues regularly
- Dedicated to serving non-profit clients and also specialize in Private Wealth or Corporate business tax services
- Global Center for Excellence in Philanthropy (GCEP) comprised of tax, audit, and consulting professionals
- Serves innovative individuals, companies, and non-profits driving societal change

Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model
- 3+ years of experience in federal taxation with a strong emphasis on tax-exempt organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or other business-related field
- Active accreditation such as CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, CFA, or CFP
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred:
- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, or LLM
- Previous experience in Big 4 or large CPA firm
- Solid understanding and experience with federal tax compliance, tax analysis, and tax research
- Knowledge of mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring specific to tax-exempt organizations

Salary Information:
- Range estimate of $63,420 to $144,300
