Job Overview:

The Real Estate Attorney will handle various aspects of real estate transactions, ensure legal compliance, and provide expert advice to clients.

Duties:

• Conducting due diligence for real estate transactions
• Drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, leases, and other legal documents
• Negotiating terms and conditions with counterparties
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients regarding real estate matters
• Representing clients in real estate disputes and litigation, if necessary
• Conducting title searches and resolving title issues
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience practicing real estate law
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity
• Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity
