The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and arguing discovery motions, conducting depositions, and possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.

 

Duties:

  • Represent clients in the gaming industry, including casino gaming, sports betting, iGaming, and fantasy sports
  • Provide legal counsel on gaming regulatory matters
  • Draft and argue discovery motions
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Manage all aspects of litigation cases
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and briefs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders
  • Advocate for clients in court hearings and proceedings
  • Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategy
  • Ensure compliance with gaming laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience representing clients in the gaming industry
  • Admission to practice law in at least one state
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
  • Gaming regulatory experience preferred
  • Experience in drafting and arguing discovery motions
  • Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to practice law in at least one state
