As a Senior eMerge Discovery Attorney, candidates will collaborate with case teams and clients to navigate the complexities of eDiscovery, including pre-litigation information governance, post-production deposition and witness preparation, and trial readiness where needed. The role involves crafting tailored eDiscovery workflows that prioritize risk management, cost-efficiency, and defensibility while ensuring the retrieval of critical information for favorable case outcomes.

Responsibilities encompass advising and supporting case teams and clients, managing case-specific eDiscovery workflows and protocols, and ensuring the quality of work and deliverables for associated eMerge Discovery Attorneys, Project Attorneys, technologists, and service providers. Candidates should possess active licensure in their practicing state, a comprehensive understanding of eDiscovery laws and regulations, excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in corporate messaging and productivity solutions (such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace), and expertise with Relativity (strongly preferred).
