The candidate will handle commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, including negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, managing the property evaluation process (including matters of the title and survey), preparing transaction documents, reviewing and negotiating loan documents, and managing the closing process. Will coordinate and direct the review, management, and preparation of commercial leasing documentation. Review, analyze, prepare, and negotiate agreements for use in retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments, including Reciprocal Easement Agreements (REAs) and Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).
