Norfolk office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks commercial real estate attorney with 2-6 years of job experience with transactional experience. The candidate will handle commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, including negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, managing the property evaluation process (including matters of the title and survey), preparing transaction documents, reviewing and negotiating loan documents, and managing the closing process. Will coordinate and direct the review, management, and preparation of commercial leasing documentation. Review, analyze, prepare, and negotiate agreements for use in retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments, including Reciprocal Easement Agreements (REAs) and Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). Must have Admission to the Virginia Bar in good standing or the ability to waive in.
