Experience:

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in tort cases
- Assist other attorneys in handling cases
- Consult with and provide opinions to the Claims Departments on insurance policy and personal injury claim questions
- Maintain and update computerized litigation support systems
- Communicate with supervisor and report any issues
- Perform other assigned functions

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree
- Law school degree
- Member in good standing of the State Bar in the state where the position is located
- Public speaking skills
- Ability to handle high case loads in adversarial or confrontational situations
- Valid driver's license
