Raleigh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mergers and acquisitions attorney with 2-3 years of law firm experience in corporate transactions, ideally with significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, preferably with a large national law firm. The candidate must have extensive experience conducting due diligence, drafting diligence reports and disclosure schedules, preparing ancillary agreements, and assisting with the deal process and closing of mergers and acquisitions transactions. Should preferably have some experience drafting and negotiating more substantive mergers and acquisitions transaction documents. NC Bar admission preferred. Outstanding undergraduate and law school academics are required. Excellent written, analytical, and verbal skills required. Demonstrated ambition and initiative preferred.
