Job Details:

  • Draft court forms and documents, including pleadings, agreements, declarations, stipulations, discovery, and MSA's.
  • Appear in court on behalf of clients and the firm, presenting legal arguments effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the attorney team and paralegals, ensuring comprehensive support throughout all stages of family law cases, from Petition to Judgment.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills to facilitate efficient case management.
  • Utilize knowledge of Essential Forms and Abacus (experience with these tools is a bonus).

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Attorney.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.

 

Skills:

  • Proficient in drafting various legal documents, including pleadings, agreements, and discovery.
  • Strong oral advocacy skills for court appearances.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and client interactions.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Essential Forms and Abacus is a bonus.
