Duties:

• Handle complex litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Manage case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and court orders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years of litigation experience
• Licensed to practice law in Mississippi
• Juris Doctorate degree or higher from an accredited law school

Education:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:
