Duties:

  • Assist with a busy professional malpractice defense practice.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
  • Participate in case strategy meetings.
  • Assist with all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in Colorado and in good standing.
  • Strong written and analytical skills.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Professional malpractice and/or hospital litigation experience preferred.
