Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Banker to join our team at . Morgan's . Private Bank. As a Private Banker, you will use your expertise in investments, financial planning, credit, and banking to advise clients on building, preserving, and managing their wealth. You will also be responsible for generating new client acquisition and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a full-time position based in Denver, CO with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and manage relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and understanding their needs
- Generate new business and acquire assets from both existing and new clients
- Provide comprehensive advice on clients' balance sheets, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs
- Collaborate with internal specialists to offer interdisciplinary expertise to clients
- Connect clients to all lines of business within . Morgan Chase & Co.
- Ensure compliance with all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Bachelor's degree required
- Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Established network and community presence
- Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts
- Client-focused mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
- Proactive and solution-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
- Dynamic and professional with exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Organized and disciplined approach to business
- In-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets, as well as alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate
