A law firm is seeking an Attorney for their Phoenix, AZ, location. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Job Overview:

The Attorney will handle various real estate finance matters, including loan origination, asset management, workout experience, and transaction management.

Duties:

• Handle real estate finance matters, including loan origination, asset management, and workout experience.
• Run transactions on behalf of lenders from inception through closing and post-closing.
• Manage secondary market repurchase facility work and other exit strategies.

Requirements:

• High level of academic achievement.
• Solid large law firm experience practicing real estate finance law.
• Superb writing and communication skills.
• 5+ years of broad real estate finance experience.
• Experience in loan origination work for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Experience in mezzanine loans and preferred equity transactions.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in Arizona.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
