  • Strong understanding of federal and state laws related to special education, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
  • Excellent research, writing, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and independently when necessary.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and follow through on projects.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
