• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• California Bar admission.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer financial services litigation.
• Strong academic achievement.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California Bar admission.
