Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 2-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in mass tort. The candidate will draft complex legal memorandums. Will manage a large docket of cases in multiple states. Evaluate the merits of potential cases. Conduct legal research on cases. Document review, draft and respond to discovery. Defend and take depositions including experts. Prepare expert reports and assist with trial prep. Correspond with opposing counsel and clients to facilitate the legal process. Track and manage SOL analysis. E-filings in state and federal courts. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
