Amazon is seeking a Privacy Industry Specialist to join our Delivery Privacy Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing privacy for the Amazon Delivery, Last Mile Organization and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, can manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency, and has experience working with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple privacy projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Conduct privacy reviews for launched/launching applications and work with builders to ensure privacy obligations are completed.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across WW Ops, Legal, and federated privacy teams to ensure privacy is considered in projects and decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on privacy regulations and standards.
- Identify, gather, track, and report privacy metrics.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in privacy or compliance.
- Experience leading projects involving automated and manual systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
- CIPP certification and advanced degree preferred.

Location:
This position is open to candidates in either Bellevue, WA or Nashville, TN.

Compensation:
Base pay for this position ranges from $81,600/year to $196,300/year, depending on geographic market and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, Amazon offers equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive benefits package.
