Senior Principal Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist - Chandler, AZ Experience Required: - Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, Master's degree with 8+ years of experience, or High School Diploma with 14+ years of experience in Subcontracts, Procurement, and/or Supplier Management - Experience with Subcontracts, Procurement, and/or Contracts - Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance Responsibilities: - Review and negotiate complex terms and conditions related to agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, and long-term ordering agreements to ensure compliance and protection for Northrop Grumman - Conduct assessments and due diligence on business partners to mitigate risks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support in supply chain management - Educate and train supply chain teams on contractual requirements, compliance obligations, and risk management strategies - Research contractual issues and provide solutions, escalating to Division Legal Counsel when necessary Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school preferred - Experience drafting and negotiating terms & conditions, solicitations, purchases, long-term pricing agreements, or various contractual agreements - Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex contractual issues - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality Benefits: - Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage - 401k - Educational Assistance - Life Insurance - Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions - Paid Time Off - Health & Wellness Resources - Employee Discounts Salary Range: $104, - $157, *Actual salary may vary based on experience, education, and market conditions. *Discretionary bonuses and Long Term Incentives may be available for Vice President or Director positions.
