Duties:

  • Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate governance.
  • Engage in effective business development activities to contribute to the growth of the firm.
  • Bring in and manage the portable business.
  • Uphold high standards of legal practice, ethics, and professional conduct.

Requirements:

  • Member in good standing with the GA Bar.
  • 10-15 years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience.
  • Proven expertise in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.
