Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation trial attorney with 3 years of litigation experience. The candidate will be handling discovery, motion practice, hearings, and taking and defending depositions. Trial experience is a plus. Must have experience in state and federal courts and first-hand experience managing a litigation file from inception to closing. Should preferably be licensed to practice law in Colorado. Preferably have property and liability insurance coverage, claims, and litigation experience, including policy interpretation and analysis, claim presentation, and insurance appraisal. Experience working with community associations and multi-unit housing is a plus. Must have litigation experience (., discovery, motion practice, and/or trial experience).
