The ideal candidate will have graduated from an ABA-accredited law school, possess strong storytelling abilities, and demonstrate a genuine passion for litigation. Associates in this role will have immediate opportunities for client contact, court appearances, and trial experience.

Duties:

• Represent clients in real estate litigation matters, including court appearances and trials.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
• Provide legal counsel to clients and work collaboratively with the legal team.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in real estate litigation.
• Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school.
• Demonstrated passion for litigation and a strong interest in real estate law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
