The candidate will work directly with the owner and other attorneys to support the team and help the clients. Work directly with clients to start their divorce and move them through the court system as quickly as possible. Reach out to clients to gather factual information and determine what they need to protect their rights and prosecute their cases efficiently. Prepare the standard family law documents, propound, and respond to discovery, conduct and defend depositions, and be prepared to take the client's case to trial if necessary. Regularly consult with clients and other parties as needed. Flexible work arrangements are available.
