Join the dynamic and growing team at Edward Jones as a Trust Compliance Counsel. In this role, you will partner with various internal business areas to support the continued growth of Edward Jones’ Trust Company’s business. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and evolve the compliance program for the Trust Company, which has over 4,000 accounts and $5 billion in assets.

- Conduct assessments of internal policies, procedures, and controls
- Assist with executing the Compliance Testing Program
- Prepare regulatory disclosures and filings
- Conduct due diligence and oversight of third-party service providers
- Hold accountability for Trust Company Compliance department's performance and results
- Support regulatory examinations for Trust Company

Salary Information:
- Hiring Minimum: $113,810 per year
- Hiring Maximum: $193,785 per year
- Actual pay based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors

Requirements:
- . and active license to practice law
- At least 3 years of legal and/or compliance experience, preferably in a fiduciary industry
- Knowledge of fiduciary principles, laws, regulations, and best practices
- Ability to analyze and solve complex and ambiguous matters
- Strong network and partnerships across Compliance and organization
- Previous involvement in significant projects and initiatives preferred
- Highly organized, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional judgment, work ethic, and integrity
- Ability to travel up to 10%, including overnight stays
