Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the CA State Bar and in good standing.
  • 7 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local workplace and employment law (additional familiarity with California law is a plus).
  • Understanding current agency (state and federal) enforcement techniques is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience conducting training sessions or workplace investigations is preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.

  • In-depth knowledge of employment law.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
