Key Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of litigation experience in major law firms or in-house
- Experience in managing competition-related cases, including class actions
- Strong interest and understanding of technology
- Preference given to candidates with trial experience beyond competition-related litigation
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills

Job Description:
- Formulate and drive litigation strategy as a part of Apple's case management team
- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas
- Requires self-sufficiency, independent judgment, and a trial-focused approach
- Travel may be required
- Join a supportive and collaborative team of lawyers, legal specialists, and support staff

Education & Experience:
- JD or equivalent degree
- Admission to at least one US state bar
