Position Summary:
- Strategic and creative federal tax professional needed for complex tax issues
- Provide federal tax compliance and consulting services to large global and dynamic midsize clients
- Work closely with clients, manage tax engagement team, and have access to specialists and firm leadership for support

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships on federal tax consulting and compliance engagements
- Advise clients on various tax issues such as income taxes, tax provisions, and tax controversy
- Oversee complex federal tax compliance and consulting projects for different entities and their affiliates
- Manage engagement team and billing, provide leadership and career guidance

The Team:
- Dynamic team with professionals from diverse backgrounds
- Experts in tax strategy and integration for clients' business operations
- Assist with global tax challenges and transform tax departments for greater impact and efficiency

Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years' experience in federal tax compliance, accounting, analysis, and research
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA, Attorney, or Enrolled Agent certification
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred:
- Advanced degree in tax or related field
- Experience in virtual and/or global environment
- Passion for technology and exploring new solutions
- Strong understanding of accounting for income taxes
- Previous experience at Big 4 or large CPA firm
- Excellent management, research, and communication skills

Salary Information:
- Wage range: $84,980 to $193,440
- Eligibility for discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance
