A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Mid- to Senior-level Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. They should have prior experience in drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts, and it's preferred that the candidate has experience with large cases and/or firm experience. California Bar admission is required.

Duties:

  • Handle complex commercial litigation cases.
  • Draft discovery documents and substantive motions for both Federal and State courts.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Represent clients in litigation proceedings.
  • Collaborate with legal teams on litigation strategies.
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Experience in drafting discovery and substantive motions.
  • Preferred prior experience in a large case and/or firm setting.
  • California Bar admission is required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
