The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. They should have prior experience in drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts, and it's preferred that the candidate has experience with large cases and/or firm experience. California Bar admission is required.

Duties:

  • Handle complex commercial litigation cases.
