Beverly Hills office of our client seeks senior litigation associate attorney with 5+ years of experience in California state and/or federal court. The candidate will work with a firm principal managing a small caseload of significant value cases. Will be able to provide advice and counsel on a variety of legal matters. Main practice areas include complex personal injury, insurance coverage, and medical malpractice. Be responsible for representing clients in court proceedings, drafting legal documents, and providing guidance on complex legal matters. Draft and review legal documents, such as discovery, pleadings, and briefs. Conduct legal research and analysis. Advise clients on legal matters. Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings. Take and defend depositions. Review and analyze medical records. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsels. Develop strategies for resolving complex legal issues. Should have a strong background in litigation/trial practice, legal research, and writing. Some trial experience is preferred.
