  • Stay informed on developments in tax law, ensuring compliance with regulations and identifying potential opportunities for clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax matters.
  • Specialization in one or more of the following: Partnership taxation, mergers and acquisitions, or tax considerations related to real estate investments.
  • Knowledge of state and local tax laws is a plus.
  • Experience with tax-exempt organizations is advantageous.
  • Strong academic background with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Admission to the California Bar is mandatory.
