Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and filing periodic and annual reports and other securities-law filings
- Help drive development and continued progress of corporate governance practices and processes
- Assist with treasury matters, including debt offerings and cash management
- Assist with compliance with SEC and NASDAQ rules and public company policies
- Assist with investor relations matters
- Assist with the governance component of ESG matters
- Assist with maintaining the governance calendar for the board and its committees

Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state bar
- 4+ years of related experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department
- Strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple groups and functions
- Self-starter with a sense of humor

Salary Information:
- The . pay range for this position is $108,600 -- $230,700 annually
- Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
