Duties:

• Provide legal counsel to companies at various stages of development.
• Handle patent litigation cases in federal court.
• Preferably possess experience in Hatch-Waxman/ANDA litigation.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal, written, research, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Hatch-Waxman/ANDA litigation.
• Previous experience litigating in federal court.
