A law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with a proven track record of successfully managing litigation files from start to finish. The candidate will be responsible for developing case theories, crafting trial strategies, and serving as the principal contact between the firm and opposing parties. This position requires managing personal injury cases independently, including client communication, motion and pleading drafting, discovery analysis, key case depositions, mediations, and trial assistance.

Duties:

• Successfully manage personal injury litigation files from start to finish.
• Develop case theories and trial strategies.
• Advise clients on their legal interests and serve as the primary contact with opposing parties.
• Conduct frequent client communication to provide updates and guidance.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Analyze discovery materials to formulate legal arguments.
• Conduct key case depositions and attend mediations.
• Assist with trial preparation and proceedings.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
• Demonstrated experience as a successful personal injury litigation attorney.
• Proven ability to manage litigation files independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.

Education:

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Georgia.
