Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation on corporate matters, including business law, complex commercial transactions, M&A, real estate, and banking/finance
  • Draft and review corporate agreements, contracts, and transactional documents
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate laws and regulations
  • Assist with due diligence for corporate transactions
  • Participate in negotiations and closings for corporate deals
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
  • Manage multiple projects independently and provide practical client counseling

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate law
  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Interest or experience in business law, complex commercial transactions, M&A, real estate, banking/finance, or other corporate matters

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Admission to practice law in the state of Missouri
