A law firm in Jefferson City is seeking a Government Contracts Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in federal government contract matters. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional research and writing skills, a demonstrated interest in litigation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. An active Bar license in the state is required. Preference is given to candidates currently practicing in the Washington, . metropolitan area and admitted to practice in Virginia or Maryland.

Job Duties:

• Manage federal government contract matters, including contract compliance counseling.
• Handle bid protests, claims litigation, and investigations involving the False Claims Act.
• Conduct comprehensive research and demonstrate excellent writing skills.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in federal government contract matters.
• Demonstrated interest in litigation with federal government contract matters.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
