Position Overview:

As a Senior Manager in our International Tax Services group, you will work as part of a team to solve complex business issues and provide tax advice to clients. You will be responsible for managing global tax rates, finding cost reduction opportunities, and assisting with local tax laws, reporting requirements, and other international taxation needs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our team and uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intimate knowledge and/or proven success in assisting companies with tax issues in multiple jurisdictions.
• Intimate knowledge and/or proven success in corporate tax, including research, compliance, and consulting.
• Intimate knowledge and/or proven success in public accounting, law firm, or corporate tax department.
• Intimate knowledge and/or proven success in realigning corporate structures, analyzing tax rates and improving tax efficiency in cross-border transactions.
• Intimate knowledge and/or proven success in providing tax advice to clients and developing new relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Intimate knowledge and/or proven success in identifying and addressing client needs, including building and maintaining relationships, communicating value propositions, managing resources, and preparing complex materials.
• Proven success in supervising teams and creating a trusting atmosphere.
• Proven success in seeking diverse views and encouraging innovation and improvement.
• Proven success in coaching team members and providing timely feedback.
• Intimate knowledge and/or proven success in automation and digitization in a professional services environment, including building relationships, communicating value propositions, managing resources, and preparing complex materials.
• Proven success in working with large, complex data sets and using data visualization tools to provide insights.
• Intimate knowledge and/or proven success in alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies.
