The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, a Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school, and be in good standing with the California State Bar. Strong knowledge of California personal injury laws and procedures, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively are essential for success in this role.

 

Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice cases.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and interview witnesses to build strong cases on behalf of clients.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents necessary for each stage of litigation.
  • Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including depositions and interrogatories.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected throughout the legal process.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents pertaining to personal injury litigation.

 

Requirements:

  • In good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 2-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of California personal injury laws and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
