Job Duties:

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in asbestos litigation.
  • Experience in managing a case docket and appearing in court is preferred.
  • Superior research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience taking and defending depositions.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
  • Admission to the California Bar.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
