Job Description:

As an Associate General Counsel for Trade Compliance at Micron, you will work with various teams to provide strategic guidance on the company's trade compliance program. This includes ensuring adherence to export and import regulations, economic sanctions programs, and other applicable laws. You will also be responsible for managing trade compliance initiatives and providing training to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership for global trade compliance that supports business objectives and international legal requirements
- Develop process improvements to integrate trade compliance into business functions
- Liaise with Micron business functions to support compliance with trade regulations
- Manage economic sanctions program operations, including screening activities and enhanced due diligence
- Provide guidance on content origin and ensure compliance with trade agreements
- Manage internal controls and support internal and external audits
- Develop and deliver trade compliance training to internal stakeholders

Job Qualifications:

- JD Degree required
- 5-10+ years of experience in export controls and economic sanctions compliance
- Expertise in US and international trade regulations
- Project management and SAP experience preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Salary Information:

The US base salary range for this position is $146, - $274,. The actual salary will depend on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity.
