Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate contracts, ensuring they align with company's interests and comply with legal requirements.
- Conduct and review vendor diligence to ensure vendors meet company standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand business needs and provide strategic legal advice.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with contracts and develop strategies to minimize exposure.
- Maintain and update contract templates, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Stay current on changes in laws and regulations and ensure company's contract practices remain compliant.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed to address complex legal issues.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from accredited law school and active membership in good standing with state bar.
- 2+ years of experience practicing corporate law, with focus on contract drafting and negotiation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of contract law principles and experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate legal concepts to non-legal partners.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in corporate legal department or law firm with focus on corporate clients preferred.
