# Senior Associate, Business Tax Services

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join their Business Tax Services practice. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team and provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm, a , and experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and a solid knowledge of ASC 740. This role requires excellent advisory and compliance skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage teams of tax professionals and assistants.

## Qualifications

- Minimum two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation and/or law firm

## Responsibilities

- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships for a variety of clients from Fortune 100 to emerging businesses
- Participate with accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience
- Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects
- Advise clients and be responsible for delivering high quality tax service and advice
- Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm; build and manage client relationships
