Oakland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior trial and litigation attorney with 7+ years of litigation experience. The candidate will be providing its clients with high-quality services in rapidly evolving areas of the law, will relish the strategic decision-making involved in litigation, including crafting litigation strategy in complex situations, and will enjoy presenting nuanced constitutional arguments in a clear and persuasive fashion. Should have significant experience with law and motion practice in state and federal court, including dispositive motions. Should also have prior experience in building a case for trial, including developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions. Prior experience representing public entities is preferred. Must have excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities, superior research and writing skills, and a strong work ethic.
