  • Assisting in patent litigation matters, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Providing legal counsel on patent portfolio management and strategy.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of legal experience.
  • Experience in intellectual property law, particularly in drafting and patent prosecution.
  • Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field.
  • Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with networking, software, 3G/4G/5G wireless networks, or related technologies preferred.
  • Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
